How much is shipping?
We ship within the United States via USPS. We offer two options, 2-3 day priority delivery for $10 or 1-2 day express delivery for $25.

What is the cut-off time for shipping?
Generally, orders received before 3pm Pacific Time will ship the same day.

Is there a guarantee on your hair?
We take great care in providing the finest quality hair extensions on the market. With proper care, our products will last a long time. If you happen to have any issues with any of the products, those products qualify under our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. All requests for replacement must be received within 30 days of the date the order was placed.

Exchanges

Products being replaced can be replaced with products of equal or lesser value. If the products you are requesting for your replacement are more expensive than the products being replaced, you will need to pay the difference in cost.

If you receive your order and it is incorrect, or if any of the products in your order are damaged, you may return the incorrect or damaged products within (5) days of receipt, for a full refund or replacement as long as the items are not open.
