Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services.

Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

  • 1. Services received cannot be refunded
  • 2. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original package at which time it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged
  • 3. Refunds will only be considered if presented within seven days of purchase
  • 4. No refunds are given for gift card orders
  • 5. Refunds will only be processed wtih receipt
  • 6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable
  • 7. Shipping
  • 8. Hair cannot be returned or exchanged if open

DEPOSITS:

REQUIRED FOR ALL EXTENSION SERVICES INCLUDING BRAIDS, AND STRAIGHTENING SYSTEMS. DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO CLIENTS SERVICE. EXCLUDING PREPAY FROM ONLINE DEAL SITE

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 HOUR CANCELLATION FOR ALL HAIR & WAXING SERVICES. 48 HOUR CANCELLATION FOR ALL EXTENSION SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Services over $125.00, must put at least 40% of total down when scheduling. Together we will create a payment plan to fit your schedule. Must keep credit card on file. Final payment will be due on date of service. *Restrictions Apply

LATE FEE:

A $10 late fee will be enforced for every 15 min you are late. OR if you are more than 10 minutes late you may also need to be rescheduled to another day and time. All fee’s will be collected. No exceptions!!!!

  • We do not ship outside of the United States
  • Express shipping is not available for PO Box or Military address.

Wrong item

If you receive the wrong item (color, item, length) please contact us within 5 business days of receiving. We require an emailed picture of the incorrect item to ltbhair@gmail.com. Once we verify the wrong item, we will email you an prepaid envelope to mail the incorrect item back. Please also include the receipt of the for the wrong item received in the return package.

  •  We will ship the correct item once we verify that you have mailed the item back
  • If we do not receive the incorrect item within 30 calendar days from date you contacted us, we will void the postal order, and not receive the item

Back Order

If an item is on back order, we will email you to let you know of the status. At that time you may decide to get a full refund or wait until the item is available
