We also sell AAA+ quality virgin hair extensions and keep hair on hand for your clients to purchase.
COMMISSION AND RENTAL STATIONS AVAILABLE
Specific Responsibilities
- Personally deliver beauty services to support the accomplishment of company goals.
- Provides advice to clients.
- Apply creative abilities to styling.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona State Board of Cosmetology applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate and sale of retail products and services.
- Actively attend and participate in Quarterly Stylist Education Classes and Monthly Staff Meetings to ensure consistency and development of the company.
- Participate in special projects and/or events.
- Must be able to analyze clients’ hair and physical features to determine beauty treatment and recommend hairstyles.
- Arrive on time and prepared each day.

Compensation
- Commissioned Stylists will receive an hourly base pay off State minimum wages during training. After a 6 week training period, Commissioned Stylists will receive 45% for the first of services. Stylists also receive 10% commission for retail product sales.
- Rental Stylists weekly rate $125 a week
